Orders placed in our online store are shipped via the courier company DPD.

All photobooks are produced individually based on each customer's order. The production time for the books is between 1 and 3 business days after the order has been confirmed.

Once the book is produced, it will be shipped via the courier company DPD.

The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and is determined according to the courier company’s tariff. The price depends on factors such as the weight of the parcel and the delivery destination.

Delivery is available only to the customer’s address.

The final shipping cost will be displayed before completing the order.

After the order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the delivery of your parcel.

The delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and the courier company’s schedule, but it is usually between 1 and 3 business days. During promotional periods or holidays, there may be slight delays in the processing and delivery of orders.
