Custom-made products
All photobooks offered in our online store are produced individually based on the photos, texts and design uploaded by the customer.
Due to the personalised nature of the products, the customer does not have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days in accordance with Article 57, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, as the products are made according to the customer's individual specifications and are clearly personalised.
Once the order has been confirmed and sent to production, it cannot be cancelled.
Product quality
The photobooks are produced with attention to quality and meet the standards that can reasonably be expected from products of this type.
Please note that the print quality depends directly on the quality of the photos and files you upload. We cannot accept complaints based on colour differences between the printed book and the original digital file unless the issue is caused by a production process or printing error on our side.
Please note that colours in the printed product may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen. This is due to differences in screen settings (such as brightness or colour calibration), as well as the natural differences between digital displays and printed materials.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the received order or with the service provided, please contact us within 14 days after receiving the order at info@magicphotobook.com so that we can find an appropriate solution.
In cases where the product does not correspond to the order, for example:
- manufacturing defect
- damage during delivery
- incorrect or incomplete order fulfilment
- incorrectly printed product
the customer has the right to submit a complaint.
In the case of a valid complaint, we offer one of the following solutions:
- free reprinting of the product
- refund of the paid amount if we cannot offer another solution
If it is necessary to return the defective product, the shipping costs will be covered by us.
Design errors made by the customer
Photobooks are printed exactly according to the design created and approved by the customer.
For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or reprints in cases of errors made by the customer during the editing process, such as:
- spelling or grammatical errors
- unfilled or placeholder text left in the design
- incorrectly arranged photos
- low-quality images
We recommend that all customers carefully review the design and content of the photobook before finalising the order.
Photo storage
The platform allows uploading and storing photos for the purpose of creating photobooks.
Please note that this service should not be used as the primary or backup storage for your photos. We recommend always keeping a copy of your files on your own device or another secure location.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for:
- loss, deletion or damage of uploaded photos or files
- issues caused by technical errors beyond our control
- product damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear
